✅ Section 1 — Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Important: If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or purchase our products.
These terms apply to all users: browsers, customers, merchants, and contributors.

☕ Section 3 — Products
We sell the following product categories:
- Coffee beans (whole and ground) — Arabica, Robusta, and blends
- Espresso machines (automatic, semi-automatic, manual)
- Coffee grinders (electric and manual)
- Brewing equipment (pour-over, French press, AeroPress, Chemex, V60)
- Coffee scales (digital and analog)
- Tampers, pitchers, milk frothers, and accessories
- Glassware, mugs, and serveware
- Barista training (in-person and online)
Product descriptions: We make every effort to display accurate product images, colors, and descriptions.
Disclaimer: Actual product colors may vary due to your monitor settings. We are not responsible for such variations.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice.
💵 Section 4 — Pricing
All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED).
Prices include UAE Value Added Tax (VAT) at the rate of 5% unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes do not apply to orders already placed and confirmed.
In the event of a pricing error on our website:
- We reserve the right to cancel your order
- We will notify you within 24 hours of discovering the error
- You will receive a full refund if your payment was processed
🛒 Section 5 — Ordering and Acceptance
Placing an order:
- You select products and add them to your cart
- You provide accurate shipping and payment information
- You review your order and submit it
- You receive an order confirmation email
Important: Order confirmation email is not acceptance of your order.
Order acceptance occurs when:
- We send a separate “Order Accepted” email, OR
- We dispatch your products (whichever occurs first)
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing errors (Section 4)
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Unable to verify billing or shipping information
- Orders exceeding reasonable quantity limits
We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased per customer, per household, or per order.
💳 Section 6 — Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:

We do not store full credit card numbers. All payment information is processed by our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (Stripe and PayTabs).
For Cash on Delivery orders:
- You must pay the exact amount in cash at the time of delivery
- Our driver does not carry change for amounts exceeding AED 50
- Refusal to pay at delivery results in order cancellation and a AED 25 restocking fee
For bank transfer orders:
- You must include your order number in the transfer reference
- Your order is not reserved until we receive confirmation of the transfer
- If payment is not received within 48 hours, your order is cancelled
📦 Section 7 — Shipping and Delivery
We ship to:
- United Arab Emirates (all seven emirates)
- Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries: Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman
- International (selected countries — contact customer service for availability)

Note: Business days are Sunday through Thursday (UAE work week). Friday and Saturday are not counted as business days.
Risk of loss: Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
We are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by the shipping carrier
- Delays due to customs clearance (international orders)
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by you
- Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
↩️ Section 8 — Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refunds & Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.
Key points from the Returns Policy:
- 30-day return window for equipment
- No returns on opened coffee beans
- 15% restocking fee on electronic items
- 48-hour deadline for defect claims

🛠️ Section 9 — Warranty
Coffee machines and electric grinders:

Warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accident
- Damage caused by descaling with improper solutions
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs
- Coffee residue buildup or lack of maintenance
- Scale or hard water damage
To file a warranty claim:
- Email

Warranty Claim – Order #<number> – <product name> - Attach: proof of purchase, photos of the issue, video demonstrating the problem
- Ship the product to our warranty repair center (address provided via email)
Warranty repairs are completed within 10–15 business days. If the product cannot be repaired, we will replace it with an identical or equivalent model.
🌱 Section 10 — Coffee Freshness Guarantee
All coffee beans are roasted to order.
Freshness timeline from roast date:

We ship coffee within 48 hours of roast date.
Freshness guarantee: If your coffee arrives more than 14 days post-roast, you are eligible for a 50% refund or store credit (provided the bag remains unopened).
Freshness refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
👤 Section 11 — Account Registration
To place orders, you may create a customer account or check out as a guest.
If you create an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for any reason, including:
- Providing false information
- Violating these Terms & Conditions
- Engaging in fraudulent activity
- Excessive returns (more than 50% of orders returned within 6 months)
🚫 Section 12 — Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use our website or products for the following purposes:
- Any illegal activity under UAE or international law
- Reselling our coffee or equipment without a written wholesale agreement
- Copying, reproducing, or distributing our product descriptions, images, or branding
- Uploading malicious code or viruses to our website
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfering with the operation of our website
- Harassing, abusing, or threatening our employees or customers
Violation of this section may result in: immediate account termination, permanent ban from future purchases, and legal action under UAE Cybercrimes Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 5 of 2012).

All content on our website is owned by or licensed to Sand & Brew Coffee Trading LLC, including:
- Trademarks (Sand & Brew, S&B Coffee, and associated logos)
- Product photographs and videos
- Product descriptions and blog content
- Website design, code, and layout
- Custom recipe formulations for our coffee blends
You may not:
- Use our trademarks without written permission
- Republish our product images or descriptions without attribution
- Copy our website design or code
Note: Violation of intellectual property rights will result in legal action and claims for damages.
⚖️ Section 14 — Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law:

Example: If your coffee machine malfunctions and you lose revenue from your cafe, we are not liable for that lost revenue. Our maximum liability is the purchase price of the machine.
We are not liable for:
- Damages caused by third parties (shipping carriers, payment gateways)
- Damages caused by improper use of our products
- Damages caused by failure to follow maintenance instructions
- Allergic reactions to coffee (coffee contains caffeine and may be processed in facilities that handle allergens)
🛡️ Section 15 — Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sand & Brew Coffee Trading LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use of our website or products
- Your violation of these Terms & Conditions
- Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- Your negligence or willful misconduct
🌪️ Section 16 — Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms & Conditions if the delay or failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, fires)
- War, terrorism, or civil unrest
- Government actions or regulations
- Pandemics or epidemics (including COVID-19 and future pandemics)
- Supply chain disruptions beyond our control
- Power outages or internet failures
In the event of force majeure:
- We will notify you as soon as practicable
- Our performance obligations are suspended for the duration of the force majeure event
- You may cancel your order for a full refund if the delay exceeds 30 days
🏛️ Section 17 — Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Note: The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply to these Terms & Conditions.
Jurisdiction and venue:

Both parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.
🤝 Section 18 — Dispute Resolution
Step 1 — Internal complaint:
Before filing any legal action, you must submit a written complaint to legal@coffeestoreuae.com. We will respond within 14 business days.
Step 2 — Mediation:
If the internal complaint does not resolve the dispute, both parties agree to submit the dispute to non-binding mediation at the Dubai Economy and Tourism Department (DET) Commercial Complaints Section.
Mediation costs are shared equally between both parties.
Step 3 — Arbitration (optional):
If mediation fails, either party may request binding arbitration under the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) rules.
- Arbitration shall be conducted in Dubai, in English, with one arbitrator appointed by DIAC
- The arbitration award is final and binding upon both parties
Step 4 — Court litigation:
Either party may skip mediation and arbitration and proceed directly to court litigation in the courts specified in Section 17.
🧩 Section 19 — Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction:
- That provision shall be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary
- The remaining provisions of these Terms & Conditions shall remain in full force and effect
- The invalid provision shall be reformed to the extent possible to achieve the original intent
✍️ Section 20 — Waiver
No waiver of any provision of these Terms & Conditions shall be effective unless in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Sand & Brew Coffee Trading LLC.
Note: Failure to enforce any right or provision under these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision for future occurrences.
📝 Section 21 — Amendments
We reserve the right to amend or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
When we make material changes:
- We will post the updated terms on our website
- The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change
- For existing customers with accounts, we will send an email notification
Your continued use of our website or purchase of our products after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Important: If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must stop using our website and you may cancel any pending orders within 7 days of receiving the notification.
📜 Section 22 — Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with the following incorporated policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sand & Brew Coffee Trading LLC:

These policies supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, and agreements, whether electronic, oral, or written.
Note: Any terms and conditions provided by you (on your purchase order, website, or otherwise) are expressly rejected and shall have no force or effect.

Coffee disclaimer:
- Our coffee products contain caffeine
- Consult your physician before consuming coffee if you are pregnant, nursing, or have any medical condition
- Limit your caffeine intake to 400 mg per day (approximately 4 cups of coffee)
- Excessive caffeine consumption may cause anxiety, insomnia, heart palpitations, and other side effects
- We are not responsible for any adverse health effects resulting from coffee consumption
Equipment disclaimer:
- Coffee machines and grinders are electrical appliances
- Always follow the manufacturer’s safety instructions
- Do not modify or disassemble the equipment
- We are not responsible for injuries or damages resulting from improper use
